End User License Agreement
Last updated June 2026
This End User License Agreement (EULA) covers your use of the PIE application. It works alongside our Terms of Service; where they overlap, the Terms of Service control your overall relationship with PIE.
License grant
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PIE app for its intended purpose — earning and sharing cashback — in accordance with this agreement.
Restrictions
- Don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Don’t resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or access to it.
- Don’t circumvent security, rate limits, attribution, or quest-verification mechanisms.
- Don’t use automated systems to interact with the app in ways that degrade or abuse the service.
Ownership
The app, including all software, design, and trademarks, remains our property and that of our licensors. This agreement grants a license, not a sale, and reserves all rights not expressly granted.
Updates
We may release updates, which may add, change, or remove features. Continued use after an update means you accept it under this agreement.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach its terms, and we may suspend or revoke access at any time. On termination, you must stop using the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, and limitations — will survive.
