Who can use PIE

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement. You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

How PIE works

Creators share part of the affiliate commission they earn with the shoppers who buy through their link, as cashback. Shoppers can increase their rate by completing optional engagement quests. PIE facilitates this split and the payout; it is not the seller of any product.

Earnings & cashback

• Cashback and creator earnings are calculated from commissions confirmed by our affiliate-network partners. A purchase is only payable once the partner confirms it and any return window has passed.
• Cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders do not earn cashback and may be reversed if already credited.
• Rates, including the base rate and quest bonuses, may change. The rate that applies is the one shown at the time of the qualifying purchase.
• Payouts are subject to a minimum balance and identity verification where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to manipulate transactions, create fake accounts or self-referrals, abuse quests, scrape the service, or use PIE for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules and withhold associated earnings.

Intellectual property

PIE and its branding are owned by us. Your use of the service does not transfer any ownership. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us the license needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers & liability

PIE is provided “as is” during the beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
