Information we collect

We collect the information you give us and the information we need to pay out cashback accurately:

• Account details — your name, email address, and the social accounts you connect (for creators and for quests).
• Transaction data — purchases made through your PIE links or a creator’s link, the commission earned, and the cashback owed. This comes from our affiliate-network partners, not from your card.
• Quest activity — whether you completed an engagement quest (for example, following a creator) so we can credit the correct bonus rate.
• Usage and device data — basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type, used to keep the service secure and improve it.

We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Payouts are handled by regulated payment processors.

How we use your information

• To calculate, verify, and pay your cashback and creator earnings.
• To operate quests and apply the correct bonus rates.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate or invalid transactions.
• To communicate with you about your account, earnings, and product updates.

Sharing

We share data only with the partners needed to run PIE — affiliate networks (such as Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten), payment processors, and infrastructure providers — and only to the extent required. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information.
